While working at Bakken&Baeck, I had the star-lined fortune of working with some of Silicon Valley’s top operators, on a narrative for the revolutionary AI Agents they were bringing to the Digital Service Experience Online Brands are providing to their Customers.

Together with 2 of my fave designers ever My Kim and Andrea, we facilitated conversations between our team and theirs on what the fundamental principles of this technology were and what analogies could and couldn’t be used to relay it to prospecting customers.

This project gave us a first glimpse under the hood, of what’s really happening beneath the surface of this emergent material/substance called GenAI, and what’s possible now that it’s here.
